- What counts as a question?
- One submitted prompt. Follow-ups in the same thread are part of the same question — only the initial ask counts toward the free five.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds.
- What towns are included?
- Every town we have indexed. See the live list on the coverage page. You can switch towns from your account.
- Is there an annual plan?
- Not yet. We kept pricing flat at $9.99 a month while we add towns. If a yearly plan would change your decision, tell us and we’ll prioritise it.
- Do you charge per seat for firms?
- No. One subscription per person, same price whether you’re solo or part of a 200-person firm. Each person makes their own account.
- Is my data private?
- Yes. Conversations are private to your account. We don’t train on your queries. Full details in the privacy policy.
